Does anyone who has successfully grown a pineapple have any insight as to when to remove? Honestly, any advice including where to cut, will it reproduce again, and if so, will it be another 2-3 years?
We grew and harvested one two years ago. Waited until it was pretty golden. Cut it right below the base. Looks like we will be getting one next year off same plant – nothing this year. It will send out runners after harvesting so watch for those.
