Dracaena stem propagations. One is putting out flowers and not growing roots. The other one is growing roots but not flowering. Do you any why that is?
I am changing the water every 7-9 days and they sit by a west facing window. Is there anything you recommend I do differently to get the most out of these water propagations?

If you don’t mind me asking are the cuttings from the same branch and you cut them in half before putting them in water?
