What’s wrong with my strawberries?

We moved into a house with an established veggie garden. There's about half a dozen huge strawberry plants, and while they are flowering and fruiting, the fruit isn't doing too well.

I give them a fortnightly drink of power feed, but I've never had strawberry plants so I don't know how to care for them.

It's also been super cold and windy in VIC, so maybe it's just not the right season for them to be doing well.

Any advice and tips are appreciated?

A bit hard to tell, but you could have Thrips! Thrips are a tiny slender insect that can cause the berry to appear seedy and have dull bronze color (rather than shiny red color). You should be able to spot them if you look closely enough. They can be washed off by hosing, but it may be too late when the berry is close to ripening. They will persist, so you may have to resort to a chemical treatment before the next flowering.
