cut off the rotted part with sterilized snippets and spray with h2o2. leave as much of the node intact as possible. put it in water or a hydroponic setup with a little more hydrogen peroxide and hope for the best

It doesn’t look like there Is really a node left so there is a good chance it won’t make it but you can try doing what the other commenter suggested
