12:40 It's still a bad launcher but I find that the liberty launcher works really well with most banners, I find it works best when you hang around your team and use it to farm Minicrits, defence buffs, and speed boosts for your entire team and since it does less self damage it increases your survivability not quite as much as the black box but enough to be noticable in team fights (bonus points if you also equip the pain[train] )
