It looks like it’s rotting. Is the soil too moist? Succulents need very little water, so their roots rot if you overwater.
If this is the case, try replacing the soil.

Sorry, it is in a bad way. What else can you tell us about then conditions that it’s been living in? Is it in direct sun? Are there any drainage holes in the pot? And you say in a week it’s gone like this?
