Yup, mine does the same thing. I think it let its flower open just once in the five or so times it bloomed. I think it’s a humidity thing

Opening and closing? I’ve not heard of this. Are you sure they’re not just changing as the flowers age? Some of mine go through the blossom stage within a week, changing almost daily while others blooms last weeks!
