Went from a production Japanese pot to a nice tokanome pot by Ikko with a terrific blue/purple glaze. Interesting tree and I think I this pot suits it well. Likely putting it and another tree in an upcoming Japanese festival at MoBot in an exhibition our local club puts on and thought this guy deserved a show quality pot. Basically no root work here as this was more of a slip pot for the show but was so happy with the pairing thought I’d share.
