I did everything this sub mentioned: layering, turning, balancing greens and browns, water, peeing on it (of course). Couldn't get it above 40C. Then we build a 4.5m3 compost bay from pallets, transfer the compost from its small plastic bin, and 2 days later I'm scared it's going to burn me.
Finally got hot compost! Thanks for all the advice
