  1. What about direct seedlings or seeds you are waiting to sprout? They should be kept moist at all times right, so I should water them everyday deeply?

  2. What is your opinion in regards of tap water, i currently live in canada and going indoor farm i am a bit concerned about tap water. Which they say is not healthy for the plants esp. for seedlings

  3. I always over water my plants. Like very badly. I just can't help it. It always seems like they need it. All of my vegetables are in pots and this is my first year doing it. Some of them will stay wet forever and never ever seem to dry out, and some dry out everyday. So weird.

  4. Not watering in the afternoon is interesting. My understanding was always that this referred to overhead watering during hot months, to avoid mildew and such developing in overnight wet and humid conditions. I have an irrigation system and run it pretty much straight up at night in the summer, and my plants seem to love it, but it's drip irrigation and overhead concerns don't apply.

  5. Absolutely not.

In summer you should avoid water your plants between morning and evening.

You could burn the leaves and the vapor could increase the risk of infection
