Plant Propagation

Pothos- multiple nodes?

I’m new to houseplants and decided I wanted to propagate for the first time. I did this a couple weeks ago but after researching more, should I not have put these in with multiple nodes like that? Do I need to recut? Or will it be ok like this? Any other advice? Thanks!

I’ve done that many times. Roots will come out of every node and the plant should be fine. You can then put it in soil and watch the magic happen!

It’ll be fine. I usually do single node but that’s because I like to get as many props as possible. You will likely get some leaves growing under the water. If anyone sees, they might freak out and tell you that it will cause rot. I’ve done this plenty of times without rot, so my suggestion is just let em grow.

Watch out though. Propagation is addictive.
