I tried to purchase a Nutraponics Pro 64 tower– the one shown here that's on wheels. That's where my issues started since what they sent me was the wrong product, this one that is $100 cheaper and does not have wheels.
It's been over a month and they still have not sent me the correct item. They said they would just send me a replacement bottom part, but they still have not done so. I went ahead and assembled the one I was sent and it's also had issues. The box was damaged in shipping and some of the white plastic pieces were bent, so as a result the tower leaks a fair bit. I notified them of this as soon as I received it and they said they could potentially send me a few replacement parts (I never got a firm commitment) but they haven't.
Then today the pump blew out and completely stopped working. When I called them about this all they said is that they would "get back to me".
At this point I'm going to ask my credit card to cancel the charge. They sent me the wrong product and they wont sent me the correct one.
Other issues with Nutraponics;
-Their instruction manual was horribly mistranslated and made 0 sense
-The exact same product is available cheaper on Ali Express and Amazon
-They manipulate the reviews on their site. Here they didn't even do a good job of it- they removed three negative reviews.
