It is about 55% organic and 45% inorganic.
Ingredients are pumice (15.38%), perlite (30.77%), charcoal (3.85%), coco chips (15.38%), bark (15.38%), coco coir (3.85%), and worm castings (15.38%)
I live in Zone 9a.

Theoretically, that would work. Many people have successfully used these types. In my opinion, it is far from what I’d want in the drainage and water retention aspect. I like my soils to hold in water for weeks at a time rather than a few days.
You can always test it by watering the pot without a plant in it to check out the drainage and water retention! Just a thought. See how quickly it flows through the bottom and how long it stays damp for
