Over watering, remove the lid for an hour a day for a week and it should settle

Definitely remove the bug- they will eat your plants. I agree it’s too moist – let it air out for a bit and if you can, remove the damaged leaves from the plant. It will stop the plant from putting energy into healing the leaves and make them healthier. Good Luck ❣️
