Get a better mower to begin with. Bad boys suck ass and can’t hold a hill at all. I had one.
And I would have backed down into the hill, started at the bottom, and made all my turns uphill. Can’t ever tell how steep a grade on a video is tho.

Probably hit that hill backwards that way my wheels are against the weight, but realistically, I’d probably just get a guy to hit that with a walking mower and put the extra time costs into my estimate 🤷♂️
