Can I add a PWM controller to this transformer?

I bought this grow light and it’s working really well. Too well.

Currently this is just wall plug-transformer-LED.

Can I add a PWM module to reduce light output for some of my shade loving plants?

Seller said I can put a sunshade between the light and the plants….which is pretty ridiculous.
