I recommend putting the leaves into that aquarium. At that length, it gets hard to push nutrients to every leaf, so it starts to get bare and die off, but if you put some vines in the aquarium, they’ll grow roots which provide great cover for fish and help the plant a whole lot. I have a pothos in my aquarium and its great.
