I noticed what I believe to be Chocolate Slime Mold growing on one of my decaying trees. Would carefully scrapping the spores of this chocolte slime mold and adding it to my compost be benificial?
From what I am reading, it is non-toxic.

Slime mold is a good thing generally from what I’ve heard.
But the slime people should come in and confirm this specific kind.
