I would start with a good drowning lol and maybe some nutrients… i use water from my aquarium.

repot. Looks like a super mature plant and a lot of stems in, I’d guess it’s root bound and need a repot. either bigger pot or you can separate some stems, and get two plants ✨

looks thirsty and likely root bound. give it a good soak after you repot it a size up and it should bounce back.

It looks like it’s been in too much direct sun. Move to different location and check for water needs.
