Lately I have been spotting these black dots on one of our windows and the blind. They look like insect poops or eggs. I clean them myself and it does look like poops. I have left some of them to see what happens but nothing happened. So I don't think they are eggs. Quick Google search indicated it is poops from some kind of flies. The mystery is we never see any fly flying around the window. We haven't had any answer as to what they are. But now I at least know where it is coming from: the fiddle. We have a 6-year-old fiddle tree. The fiddle was close to the window the whole time. We moved the fiddle to a different corner, and the black dots started appearing around that corner.
Has anyone had the same issue here? Redit is my last resort to find out what it is. Please help!!
