These were just planted last October and they’ve been struggling lately due to the excessive heat in Northern California.
Think they’ll make a comeback? I believe these are Hydrangeas and the golf ball looking bush are pittosporums.

They’re cooked.
And I’m pretty sure it’s those stones and black ones at that that are cooking them.
