Broccoli looks ready to enjoy now. Depending on how cold it is where you are, you might only have a couple of days before the flowers start opening and the head is overmature. Look out for the small headlets under the main head. Cut the main head carefully leaving the smaller headlets which will give you a second harvest after a week or two.
