Originally this was a dwarf weeping pussy willow. But because the tree was damaged we cut the tree down and nurtured one of the suckers. The sucker has now grown to this. Will it become a dwarf weeping pussy willow? Or is it going to grow to become a standard tall willow tree?

Your original was probably a graft that died, the sucker is the original root system, which is a similar but much hardier tree, so your guess of regular willow is probably correct. It will never be a pussy willow like you bought because that part is dead.
