Lemon tree update

Here's update on my lemon tree bought from home depot.
About 2 weeks apart.
First two pics when first got it.
Last 2 pics after 2 week nutrients change.
Put on so many leaves.
Also lush roots.
Adapted quickly to hydro.
Been using masterblend 4-18-38 nutrients.
Also tap water treated with api tap water conditioner, sometimes a campden tablet.
