First time harvesting garlic (had no clue what i was doing)
Idk if i did it properly or if i waited too long or did it too soon… still have to brush off the dirt and leave them in the basement to cure. Tips are welcome (but be kind)
Looks like garlic. I hang mine in the sun for several days, bringing them in each night. Then store in the house at room temp in the shade. I grow about 100 each year and have not purchased garlic for over 20 years.

I stripped a green leaf down as they said, clipped the stalk to 5-6 inches and put in a dark room with AC and fan for a few weeks. Seem fine. Saving several heads to plant again this fall.
