Long story short, I gave my neon pothos to a friend but my situation changed and she let me have it back. Its pretty wilted. I gave it a soak, removed dead leaves, and have it in a window now. Any other suggestions on reviving it?

Give it time, sounds like you’ve done everything to revive it. In a month or so, see how it’s doing & reassess.
