Rip it out and plant a different verity. Berry vines grow insanely fast. Plant in the fall, next year you’ll have primocanes. Tip them at 6 feet. The following year they will be floricanes and produce fruit. Cut those back to the ground after harvest and allow the next round of primocanes to grow. Wash, rinse, repeat.
