Cats got to it. Any hope?

Feels like a branch. It’s so long we’re not really sure on how to handle it.

Broke the handle on the Baby Groot mug 🙁

I can barely water myself, let alone know the water schedule of this plant.

It sits in an East facing window.

That’s all I got.

They did you a favor lol. That thing needs a chop and prop

    and then more light

All those little dangly things are roots. Lay it over soil and lightly dampen the soil every few days (very lightly dampen) and they will route into the soil to take root.

If you cut that stem into smaller pieces and stick those in soil they’ll grow roots and offshoots and you’ll have tons on plants

This can totally survive! These guys are super hardy.

I would suggest cutting it a few inches down from the big end, somewhere before the stem starts to curve. Stick that in a well-draining medium like 50/50 soil & perlite (there are better options, too, but I typically have those two on hand and have had great success with just them). You can also pluck off those little guys and stick them down in the same pot. You’ll be fine using the same one as before until they grow out of it.

Water it heavily and then only water it again when it the medium looks dry AF. Lastly, move it to the wherever it will get the most sun, ideally a south facing window sill. Next best option is west facing.

    Good luck!
