White and black spots on my leaves? Looks like mold maybe? Does anyone have any advice for my closed? terrarium

Definitely looks like there’s mold growing in there. I added some springtails yesterday. Plants don’t look as healthy as they did a week ago. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
