Please tell me this is flowerpot fungus and not some sort of eggs?

I’m relatively new to potted plants, this is my snake plant that was forgotten when I moved recently. It was super dried out, so I gave it a good drink, and a couple days later this appeared.

I live in a super dry climate so fungus isn’t something I’ve dealt with much. It seems to be flowerpot fungus but I don’t really know. What is it??
