Today marks the 9th week in my transformation using platinum paspalum sprigs from the local country club.
Process:
Hours of YouTube, new irrigation, killed old lawn, brought in top soil, purchased 10 blade reel mower, rolled and leveled then rolled and leveled some more, laid down sprigs, watered like heck, prayed like hell.
Still some work to do, but pretty stoked over all.
