Leaves are getting less fenestrations..

Hello! I bought this one rooted 3 months ago and it has given a lot of new leafs. But the problem is with each leaf it gets less fenestrations. The leaf before the new one had 1 gap, now the newest incoming is going to have 0. Why is this? I think it gets enough light because the variegation isn’t reverting.

I fertilize with every watering one a week. (LGL)

It’s definitely not getting sufficient light exposure. Variegated plants have increased light requirements due to having less chlorophyll. These plants need direct sun to thrive. Be sure to slowly introduce direct light to acclimate the foliage so it doesn’t burn from sudden direct exposure.
