Well first off those are tomatillos, are they super wet or something? I’ve never seen mold growing on tomatillos on the plant

I had this last year when weather swung wildly day to day. They’d crack slightly before filling out their husk and a bug or something else would get in there and then mold would start showing. Better weather this year and haven’t had that problem.

What do you do with them? I have some growing this year and have no idea what to do with them!
