It’s not an orchid sprout. Go ahead and pull it out since having it there wouldn’t be beneficial to the orchid.

What is sprouting is not an orchid. I would remove it

A viable seed was in the mix for some reason and it sprouted. You can easily pinch it remove it. If It was me, I would transfer it to regular soil potting mix in a small pot, juat out of curiosity to see what will grow out of it 👀

I say pull it too before the roots grow very much. Whatever it is will be competing with your orchid for water and nutrients. And as it grows the roots will probably entangle with the orchid. I like the suggestion that you pull it and put in separate pot. See what it is!
