  1. It's been a great year for hydrangeas pretty much everywhere it seems. Mine in NE Ohio are doing better than they ever have. I have Amsonia 'bluestar', and I really appreciate the blue-tinted foliage and that nothing eats the leaves; they look perfect all summer long. But they literally quadrupled in size compared to when I planted them three years ago. They are now totally crowding out their neighbors, even though they remain tightly-packed clumps. Guess I'll have to divide them!

  2. I'm also in zone 7, I currently have my butterfly bushes in containers temporarily. Maybe I'm watering them too much. They are blooming 😊 though.

  3. lol! We also have a set of mourning doves that have been here for years! I can’t have enough panicle hydrangeas, so many varieties 😊

  4. So happy to find your channel. I'm a beginner to gardening in the north.
I enjoy watching your videos, not only your beautiful garden and helpful tips, also your beautiful voice. THANK YOU!

  5. I love all bees, but bumbles are my favorite! Great footage! Our hibiscus has not started to bloom yet. The new bush planted last year did not make it, but the white one is growing back strong.
