My monstera already has two main shoots and has started growing two more. It has small leaves from being in a basement for a long time. Leaves have grown over the past 3 months as I have given it more light. And already has two developed vines and is growing two more. Is this going to affect leaf size? Should I get rid of them?

No, those shoots will not negatively affect leaf size. Basically, the more green tissue that you have means more energy from photosynthesis so increased likelihood of larger leaves.
