My protea leaves are turning brown . I searched it up and they said it’s due to too much sun but I’m in Victoria and we have got lots of rain lately , not much sun at all . What could be the cause for this ? It’s my second protea and I really want to keep it alive .

Is the area it’s in actually getting consistent shade?
The sun being under clouds doesn’t mean much to plants if when there is no clouds despite the cold it’s getting sun blasted.
