I water them weekly, and each week they seem to lose more leaves. New leaves keep growing back to replace the lost ones. The top and bottoms of the plants look healthy, and the middle is where the leaves keep falling off. They get indirect sunlight, and sit underneath a grow light.

Mine lose leaves too, but not that much. My guess is they need more humidity. I set out pebble trays for mine and it’s slowed down the leaves turning brown and getting cripsy.
They could also be overwatered if you’re watering on a schedule. I wait for mine to droop a bit before giving a deep watering.
