Noticed this browning on multiple mature leaves, which makes me think it’s not edema. I checked the roots and it’s not root rot. I don’t think it’s a light issue as it’s been sitting by the same window for a year and we haven’t had issues until recently. Maybe a watering issue? We give it a bit of water about once a week, though sometimes we miss weeks. Any ideas or watering tips are appreciated.

Water when the soil is dry. Absolutely drench it. I put mine in the shower. In the summer I water every other week to every week. In the winter I water once a month, usually.
