I brought this citrus gem home yesterday! It’s my first plowmanii and I’m nervous and inexperienced! I know it needs a new home though. Is this container ok? Too big?? I added lots of drainage holes to the bottom but it’s double the size!

It probably is a little big, but as long as there is adequate drainage, the mix is good, and you’re careful about letting everything dry out between watering, you should be good. Another option is to only fill part of the new container. You can try to section it off if you have something on hand that can fit into there or just let it fall loose into the empty side.
