Those just look like plant sprouts. Follow the instructions and give it some more time.

Are those pods from aerogarden? Or ones you made yourself? Trying to figure out why the paper covers are off. They keep the light from causing issues with the nutrients. (At least that’s my understanding). When I make my own plugs I use 3d printed covers to keep the light to minimum. My guess that is what is causing the issue. How big is that garden? It looks like an herb one. Is it big enough for that many large plants or are you just starting them in AG?
