Best way IME is plain old elbow grease. Grab a mattock and do your absolute best to grub out all the lantana roots and all.

Just pull it out by hand. They’re all saplings, wouldn’t even need to dig. Pull it out and pile it. There’s not even that much, that’s nowhere near chock-a-block lol!
You will get many seedlings germinate over the next couple of years, just pull them out as they appear and don’t let them get to seed.

Buy a bladed brushcutter, they will destroy the lantana quickly and leaving you with just a few stalks with roots in the ground that you can pull out. Lantana doesnt seed, it spreads, so if doesnt have any left to spread from then it wont return.
This is the garden tool im referring to, many brands make them.
