Pests?

Should I be worried?

Hello everyone!
I have this Monstera Adansonii that recently has began to have some spotty yellowing of the leaves (underside of leaves looks normal). It stands in indirect sunlight (as the sunny spots have some high competition) and is watered whenever soil is dry, as well as fertilised.
I’ve searched up and down for thrips, but haven’t found any or sign of any other pests. It still puts out new growth regularly.
I also switched soil a few weeks ago and the roots were maybe a bit fragile.
Would you think root rot? Or pests?
Should I just chop it up and place in water for the time being?

The discolouration could be roots or just old leaves dying off. The smaller leaves up top maybe suggest it’s not getting enough light as they’re also less fenestrated. So think if you haven’t found pests it’s most likely just a bit upset about it’s growing conditions

i agree with other commenter, looks fine and pretty healthy a bit of discolor is normal with older leaves, take your flash to them and see if anything moves but it looks like your fine
