What do these dumb Dracaena Dorados want?

I dislike these plants so much and think they are butt ugly, but have to care for them for work. What makes them happy? I don't think you can tell from the pictures, but they have a lot of crispy and dead leaves. They are in a pretty bright location and I am not able to move them.

If they have crispy leaves then they’re proooooooobably slightly under watered. If you stick your finger into the soil and it’s dry, it’s time to water.

Anecdotal info but… My dracaena at home really hates old/stale potting soil. I repot it slightly more than my other houseplants. I use cactus mix and give it “showers” once in a while (put it in the shower with cool water and rinse everything through for 5 min).
