A lot of new growth on Nepenthes but new leaves have brown spots?

I’ve had this baby for about 4 months, it’s in a peat x live sphagnum mix, have not repotted. By a north facing window with good draft, it averages 60% in humidity. Has also not formed any new pitchers since coming home. Water once every week or when the substrate is fully dry. A lot of new shoots and leaves but for some reason they all have these brown spots. I do mist my plant once a week, could that be the culprit?

Looks like when they are overwatered. They get them when the roots are too wet. I know you said you let it dry between watering, but maybe the media it’s planted in is staying soggy deeper than you can tell. If your avg humidity is 60% I wouldn’t even bother misting it. Maybe most just the tendrils of the leaves if you’re worried about that.
