Throw it in a tub of water with a teeny bit of plant food and let it soak for a couple hours. Let it air dry and put in a place with lots of light. Then a couple times a week give it an hour or so soak in the bath.
It’ll perk up in no time. I feed mine with MaxSea plant food. I dilute it by a quarter.
It looks super dehydrated now, but give it a month and I bet it’ll perk up and start growing
