I have two Mathildes, one is covered in blossoms and keeps blooming, and this one has only put out one or two flowers.
The flower and nectar smell and taste really good on this one, not as good on the one constantly blooming.
Anyway, wondering if anyone else gets their hummingbird on and tastes/samples their nectar?

Yes! My favorite one is Wayetii because it tastes like caramel but the krohniana silver was pretty good too, very floral and light. My crimson queen didn’t produce enough nectar so I couldn’t try sadly. Same goes for the Mathilde or my australis Lisa
Yesss when I had a multiflora I tasted the nectar all the time haha
