This violey has been struggling for about two weeks, I thought maybe adjustments to light or water might be it but turns out there are these white caterpillar/worm things everywhere. What are they and how tf do I get rid of them? I've separated from my other violets for now but I'm sure everyones gotta get checked now.

Did you clean the dirt off the roots to see if they’re on them/eating them? I’d do that and repot immediately
Check my lastest post. I think you may have what my begonia had which is millipedes. A ton of people gave great advice and reassurance. I’d try to get a clearer shot of one of them so you can compare. They definitely aren’t maggots which is nice.
