Coco peat bags

Has anyone attempted to grow vegetables (tomatoes/capsicum/eggplant/zucchini/cucumber/other) in second hand coco peat bags?
A lot of people sell these second hand on fb marketplace after using for hydroponic crop production. I was thinking to grow in them traditionally with just a drip irrigation and direct application of liquid fertiliser. Any advice or tips?

  1. You need to liquid feed daily as coco is an inert medium. Go for a real hydroponic nutrient, not crap from bunnings. Easiest to just grow things that dont fruit/flower first ie. Lettuce, spinach, herbs etc.
