First time homeowner and lawn caretaker here. The wife and I just bought a house about 5 months ago in North Dallse and the irrigation system wasn't working for about 3 months but is now good to go. The grass that is there is growing great but have this big dead spot and am not sure best course of action. So we need to re-sod? Fertilize? Any help is appreciated!
